COACHES NEEDED YMCA Esports Coaches are community volunteers who help guide youth participants through competitive and recreational gaming experiences. Whether you're a parent, guardian, or community member passionate about gaming and youth development, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities Lead weekly Wednesday practices (6–7 PM) and Friday games/tournaments (6–7 PM) Teach teamwork, sportsmanship, and game strategy in a fun and inclusive environment Communicate with players and families about schedules and expectations Ensure a safe and respectful gaming space for all participants Collaborate with YMCA staff to support league operations Season Schedule Winter (Jan 5 – Feb 21): Mario Kart Spring (Mar 1 – May 2): Rocket League Summer (May 25 – Jul 17): NBA 2K Fall 1 (Aug 10 – Oct 2): Super Smash Bros.
